I work with teenagers as part of my job, so I was very curious on what this eBook was all about. The book was kind of longer I felt for teens but did have some interesting information. I think it is DEFINITELY something a parent should read first and go through it with their child, since some of the ideas may not be a parent's preferred way of addressing certain topics. I wish that there were various like activities/worksheets in the book to help take what was discussed and apply it to yourself rather than just think through it in your head. I find that writing things down is a much more helpful way to process the information. However, if you are a teen (or parent of a teen) it may be nice to utilize this to go through some problems and situations you may face to plan ahead. I personally would opt for a workbook vs. just an ebook but that is just how I learn best.

I love my dog and my dog LOVES treats. It makes me laugh to see how quick she will follow her commands when I have food versus when I don't. My pup LOVES whenever I get new treats for her to review. Good thing about dogs is they are definitely honest. If she doesn't like it--she will let me know.
As far as these treats go, they are small circle jerky treats that are not super soft but can still be ripped by my hand (I try to split treats in half of fourths). My dog does not prefer bigger jerky treats that are harder to chew, but this is just about as big as she would eat (but sometimes prefers I rip it in half before she will eat it). As far as my thoughts go, I love that it it made in the USA! It doesn’t smell great to me but my pup really enjoys it, which is important. I’m glad to have a good treat that comes from the USA! Overall, very pleased with these treats. Want to check this out for yourself? Review:
There are no instructions provided. The kit contains 5 items: 1.Carabiner - this item is very lightweight; it seems to have adequate strength for supporting the Airpods case ( but likely not heavier objects). If you had no pockets to store your Airpod case in, then this carabiner could be useful to attach your Airpod case to your belt. 2.Neck band - this item is just a noodle-like piece of silicone with a little “sleeve” on each end that captures and securely holds the Airpods. If you’re concerned about your Airpods falling out while exercising, then this neck band might be useful. 3.Watch band holder - this item functions ok, but unlike the neck band, the receiving “sleeves” on this item are a little too small (too tight); as a result, it's very difficult to fully insert the Airpod posts into the holder. I suppose if you absolutely need to store your Airpods on your wrist (rather than in a pocket), then this item might be useful. 4. Over-the-ear loops. These loops might provide a little extra security against the Airpods falling out of your ear, but also make the Airpods less comfortable to wear. 5. Airpod covers. I don’t know what purpose these covers serve. The Airpods are quite difficult to insert into these covers. The extra little hoop on these cover might provide a little extra security against the Airpods falling out of your ear but they also make the Airpods significantly less comfortable to wear. However, opinions are 100% my own* I have enjoyed this product overall. I would HIGHLY recommend reading the instructions a few times before trying, just to ensure that you know what you are using and do so safely. I used it on my neck/shoulder area and on a low intensity (but still felt it and it made my arm twitch/contract when it activated). I have not tried all the different settings but I like that it comes with multiple pads/cords so you can use it in different places.
As a small side note, the box it comes in looks really cheap and just says 'massager.' The actual item itself is much higher quality than the box but the box could definitely be improved to more clearly show the product. ![]()
I used to be able to read music and play piano when I was a child but, unfortunately, lost the skill as I got older and stopped playing. I purchased a Lyre (and then a second one with more strings) last year and have had SUCH a hard time finding stuff to play for it. I have mainly been looking at basic piano music/songs but reading music makes it difficult as well as finding material. This ebook has a variety of different songs and discusses the general basics on how to read music. It does not have any of the "silly" little ways to remember it that I remember being taught in school, so I will have to look up additional things to help with recall but it is a good foundation of material. I included an example of the explanations it gives on notes and reading music for your reference. I also like the different songs and explaining what the different notes mean. I feel like this is good source material for me and my very VERY basic playing skills, but with practice using these songs/material, I could definitely improve. Excited to try this out more!

I have never heard of Tabata before this but was curious to try it out in exchange for an honest review! I work long hours and am usually exhausted by the end of the day, so I liked that I could log in whenever I had the energy to do the course and that they were only about 30 minutes (with some breaks in there). The website was just slightly confusing at first to navigate with a lot of "bonus" offers you could sign-up for before you get to the actual workouts. Once you click on the link, there is a side bar that has the information from the workouts and a progress chart (they have checks by them--I did not know originally you could click on them but you can!).
In regards to the videos, I really like that she shows you the exercises and modifications before the "timer" starts--this makes me not feel so rushed when the time comes because I understand what I am supposed to do. I also LOVE the timer because I usually feel like I may not be able to do it but it starts beeping different when it is close to being "done" with the time and, psychologically, that allows me to push through. Tabata has different reps and has like 20-30 seconds of workout followed by 10 seconds of rest. This definitely makes it seem "achievable" to push through from someone who likes taking breaks to drink while not feeling like I am falling behind where I should be. The instructor of this series is very kind and friendly too. During the core and cardio workout (which was super intense and a challenge for me), there was a time where I was doing a plank and was just laying face down on the ground after and she said "don't give up! You can do it" and I was like "dang... I need to really get up and keep trying." It was a great time for a motivation even though she could not see me since the videos are recorded (and I'm glad no one saw me in that sad state haha). Most exercises require some weights which I don't have multiples of so I improvised with items around my house--which may not be the best but it worked and I still felt the burn. I've been enjoying this overall. I can't do it every 2 days like it says but more like every 3-4 days just based on my energy level with work. Pleased overall! Want to check it out for yourself? Overall these nail stickers are nice. With all the hand-washing I need to do for work and with the pandemic, I have been hesitant to paint my nails at all because nail polish has not been holding up well, no matter how hard I try, to this repeated hand washing. However, these stickers have held up great (much better than polish) and stayed looking good for two weeks like it says on the product listing (started to show regular signs of chipping after this period like polish does after a few days). The pink with sparkles is pretty light/ see-through so I wish it was a little more similar to the other stickers. In my picture to the left you can see the three stickers colors (semi see-through pink with sparkles, pale pink, and a white backdrop with floral parts). It does take some effort to make the edges looking nice but not too much (just in case you have never used nail stickers before I thought this was important to include since the pictures make it look so simple). I have short nails so I can usually use one sticker for two fingers (takes some planning to make sure the sizing would work). I used the floral sticker on two different fingers which is why the patterns look so different on my two fingers with these stickers. Fairly Pleased overall with my experience trying these.

Star rating: 3/5
Overall, these were nice body wraps compared to other ones I've tried. I can't say I've noticed a huge difference since using them but I have tried similar ones that really bothered my skin and/or were SUPER painful to take off... that was not the case at all with these. They were easy to peel off the covering and apply. They had a soft sort of gel in them and it felt good on the skin. It does recommend wearing them for 4-8 hours and even while sleeping. I tried this 2x and could not do it. The areas with the pads were too hot and I just could not fall asleep with them on. I would recommend doing this when you will be at home and just out and about. I also found the "saran wrap" around them to be a little bit uncomfortable so I used a "waist slimmer" band I have that just wraps around my tummy. This worked GREAT keeping them on and being comfortable as I moved about my day. I found the process wearing these during the day fairly pleasant. If you are looking at different options, this would be a good one to check out. I had no adverse reactions to it unlike others I've tried. However, I did deduct some stars since I have not seen a noticeable difference (though it is only 3 of each in this set so I imagine you would need to buy multiple to notice a difference). I feel like I am constantly in search of storage containers and organizational items. Working with kids as well as moving into a condo from a small apartment, I am still trying to find the best system as I establish myself. This foldable storage container comes with a top and is longer and wider (a rectangle) as compared to a square. It has a handle on the front to easily pull it in and out and comes with a flat/harder bottom insert to keep its shape and make it more sturdy. The bin that I have is white with a pattern and the top has the same pattern on it as the bin itself. This is a great size to go on a counter or on the top of a shelf (since it is longer/wider than the traditional square cubes and make not fit a regular cube shelf system. I love using these for papers or for longer clothing items like a pull-over jacket that I want easy access too but don't have a great place to have it. With the pattern, I think it would be great for a kid's room since it is a more "cutsie" pattern. Overall, I am pleased with this container. Met expectations.

I was interested/intrigued by this product. I am a very slow eater but do enjoy fresh fruits and veggies. If I am going to be honest, it took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to get this to work. It comes with a USB charger and did not appear to have any charge upon arrival. I charged it overnight and read the directions more. I was impressed with the projected battery life of this before needing another charge (only needing to be charged 1-2x a month!). I do wish it would make a beep or noise when it was "on" since it just indicates it is on with "normal" mode with a slow flash of a small light and on "heavy" the light stays on. The device is also silent which is really nice! It feels well made and does not make my refrigerator smell weird--it smells normal but good. I did not do any direct comparison (i.e. strawberries a week with it vs. without) but I do feel like my food is still fresh despite my slower eating habits (usually I notice my food starts get funky). I am very curious and intrigued about this. I will definitely be continuing to use this and will update if anything new or profound is discovered.
