I recently had the opportunity to receive Life and Food's Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels complimentary so that I could test them and give my unbiased and honest opinion. At first, I was hesitant to request them, because I had heard about "fish burps" and other weird side affects from fish oil. When I researched this product in particular, however, I noticed that the overall quality of the softgels is much higher than others I have seen, so I thought I would try it out. I am glad that I did! First off, fish oil is really good for you! It can help reduce your risk of stroke, lowers cholesterol, and is really good for overall brain functioning (to just name a few things that stood out to me). This "undetected" work is what I want! I want to take a supplement and have it do it's job of keeping my body healthy and working, without knowing it is doing anything. It is soft and, with a bit of water, goes right down! I want to keep going on with my day without regretting taking a supplement because now I have an upset stomach but I know I should take it for my overall health. This just goes to show why it is so important to invest in high quality supplements like this one. The extra money spent helps the supplements be high-quality and cause as few adverse affects as possible (if any at all). We need to take care of our bodies, and fish oil has little risk to your health (as long as it is taken in moderation). I would highly recommend this product specifically because it does not give you the side affects that you may have heard about other fish oil. It works great and is high-quality. It puts good stuff in your body and doesn't upset your daily life and make you regret taking it. It works great!
