These massage balls are great. They relieve tension and knots practically anywhere! With just a little pressure, the balls provide a deep tissue massaging effect that allows you to finally have some relief from the "tricky-to-get-to" spots. For me, it was the side of my neck. and these balls were amazing! Since they are small enough, they were able to glide up my neck and target the trouble spots, without any real discomfort I also have been using them for my shoulder area, as I am a college student and my heavy backpack can give my major knots. This helped relieve some of that pain and get rid of the knots that have been there for a while. Plus, the color of these balls is such a pretty and bright blue, so I think it subconsciously makes me happier as well! :P
