I love this jump rope that I received complimentary to test and give my honest and unbiased opinion. It is super lightweight and is very quiet when it hits the ground, so I don't disturb my roommates with the noise other jump ropes make as they hit the ground. This rope kept up with my faster tempo of jumping, whereas others have lagged behind and disturbed my rhythm. Also learned the hard way that you should wear shoes when you wear this. This rope is made out of wire, so when it hit my foot when I was going fast, it hurt so bad. Since then, I've only ever worn shoes and my experience with this has just been excellent. To add to the list of good things about this, it actually fits me! I am petite and almost always have to wrap jump ropes around my hands in order to make the length more manageable, but I didn't have to do that for this one. It's little things like that that just make me so happy. Overall, this is a great jumprope for when I want to go fast or my roomies are sleeping or need quiet :)! 5/5
