As for the video and material itself, I was impressed. I have a minor in cognitive psychology, so many of the concepts were things I was familiar with and spent copious amounts of time studying. However, I appreciated how the lectures simplified confusing concepts without taking away from what the concept is. You still learn the material, but without the fancy (and somewhat unnecessary) jargon that you learn in school. I like that it covered a scope of interrelated targets and the flow of the course worked well. I also liked getting e-mails congratulating me every time I completed a "group" of lessons. :)
In short, this is a great class to take. We all could use a reminder of ways we can make our lives happier! There is no stress involved in taking this class, just complete it at your leisure. I truly believe everyone who takes this course will benefit from it in some way. There are lots of concepts in this course that we often "know" but neglect to live out in our life. This is a good reminder or "wake-up call" to act upon these facts and change things in our lives. There is no need to become complacent with life.
