These are nice storage bins overall. This set comes with a pack of 12--which is a great amount. It also was on Groupon so you get a "deal" off of what this product may cost elsewhere. These are listed as "shoe boxes;" however, they may not be big enough for all shoe sizes or types of shoes--but it does give you an idea for size of these bins. I decided to not use them for their typical function though, as I work with kids and wanted to use them to organize all my activities. The box and top are sturdy. I also like the matte top, so I can write in permanent marker what activity and materials is included in the box. I usually go to the dollar store for these bins--so it was still a little pricey from what I'm used to, but they will likely last longer and can hold heavier items than my cheap dollar store bins. They also stack very easily and also store easily in case you do not use all 12 at once. Pleased overall.
